Amazing! There's something immediately useful and encouraging. I just celebrated my 81st birthday, and those Early Bird specials are a good prompt to complete all eating BEFORE the "dinner rush." On the plus side, my body already told me about this finding by showing up hungry at 2 p.m. and not wanting much more than hot tea or water for the rest of the day.
Good point about the early bird specials. I've been eating dinner earlier and earlier (in my 50s). 5-5:30 is my sweet spot and then not eat again until breakfast.
I found myself nodding all the way through this. I especially loved the idea that the transformation isn't at the summit, it's in becoming the person capable of getting there. That feels true in careers, relationships, and life. Thanks for such a thoughtful interview!
Very inspiring article! Do you think Creatinine would be of help to someone who is on an estrogen suppressant (Anastrozole) following breast surgery for cancer?

Loved the article! Go Anissa! I love that she also coaches women who haven't done something as challenging as a triathlon. You gotta start somewhere.

I felt the same way, Laurie!

Good question, Vivian! I am not a doctor, but you have piqued my interest.
Loved everything about this article and Anissa!
