And now we have many stories. We don’t want to overwhelm you, so we’ll highlight a handful of the 90+ articles in today’s Substack. View the entire collection of 90 stories and growing here.
First, a recap: What is perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the roughly two to 14 years before reaching menopause, which is when your ovaries stop releasing eggs and produce significantly less hormones, leading to no more periods, says Shelby Tutty, a certified menopause educator and trained health coach. “Perimenopause leads to an ovary retirement party.”
Some women experience extreme symptoms, while others may not notice any symptoms.
Menopause is one day — the day you’ve gone 365 days without having a period. The day after and for the rest of your life, you’re postmenopausal.

This is quite the collection and years' worth of work! I know from experience that the round-up takes just as much time as the original article. My favorite article today from the list is "Think You Stink?" Talk about "just in time training." 😃
