Out of these options, I prefer Option 4, the current logo. I find the others too thick and bold. I think I would like Option 1, if it wasn't quite so thick and bold. I love what you're doing and wish you all the best. :)
The first one is my favorite because it is on the efficient frontier of clean and unique. My second favorite is the fifth, but I feel like the flourish on the T overpowers the rest of the logo a bit too much.
