Fave smoothie: Kale, frozen mixed berries, flaxseed meal, organic plant protein powder.

Fave Buddha Bowl: Spinach, grape tomatoes, bok choy, onion, black rice, chick peas, raw cashews, olive oil & balsamic dressing. ❤️
