Thank you for breaking out the types of protein powder. I take collagen daily in my morning smoothies and have wondered if I'm making the right choice. It's bovine collagen and I chose that to help my aging joints.

I try to think about how whatever I'm taking makes me feel. Sometimes, I'll stop it for a while to see if I feel different without it, too. Glad you found the breakdown helpful!
