Well, a combination of a number of things helped, HRT, CBT, exercise, I basically threw everything at it. I always find it amazing that someone can say this or that changed my life. For me it’s impossible to pick one thing out and say it did a specific thing. But what I can say is that microdosing helped me step back from my thoughts and feelings and not be so consumed by them. I feel like it would have done that anyway, but starting it during menopause helped with what I was going through at the time. I also opened up to different ways of framing this life phase, seeing the many positive aspects of it, rather than just symptoms that needed to be dealt with.
